Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Softened Butter (salted or unsalted)
- 1 Cup White (Granulated) Sugar
- 1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar Packed
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Large Eggs
- 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- ½ Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Bag of Chocolate Chips
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking pan (or sheet) with parchment paper and set aside.
- Mix flour, baking soda, sea salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix butter and sugars. Cream together until combined.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until combined – I find it easier to mix with my hands.
- Add 1 bag of your choice of chocolate chip cookies and mix well – again with hands.
- Use a small cookie scoop to make your cookies and place them evenly spaced on your prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake in preheated oven for approximately 10-15 minutes. Check them after 10 minutes, every 2 minutes. Take them out when they are just BARELY starting to turn brown.
- Let them sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
- Eat & enjoy!
